Education and professional background
Michael has a background in finance within the hospitality industry and holds a Bsc Degree in Financial Mathematics from the University of Surrey.
Michael’s career has always been finance related and started with roles in accounts and credit control, before he became credit controller for a small group. Michael has had the privilege of working in some great hotels from the Brooklands hotel to the iconic Grand Brighton Hotel.
Most recently, Michael ran the finance office for an insurance company, where he dealt with everything finance related from Sales to Profit and Loss.
Michael’s expertise
Michael is integral to Tadek’s finance department, overseeing Project Control and ensuring that costs and schedules are kept on track. Michael’s work includes including producing financial reports and providing critical information to inform project leads and the wider business.
Michael loves getting stuck into the world of projects and supporting Tadek’s smooth operation.

Outside of work
Michael loves to travel and has visited over 16 Countries so far. Michael is part of a Sunday League Football team with whom he trains regularly. He likes football so much that he joined the Tadek Football team (and wasn’t bad enough not to get a recall)!
