Laura has over six years of experience specialising in the search, recruitment and selection of technical and commercial professionals within the offshore energy industry. She has supported organisations across the maritime and offshore sectors in securing specialist talent across disciplines including Naval Architecture, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, as well as Project, Commercial and Operations Management.

In her role as Head of Market Development & Strategic Engagement at Tadek, Laura draws on her industry knowledge and professional network to support the company’s commercial growth, developing relationships across the offshore energy market and connecting clients with Tadek’s engineering expertise.

Laura leads Tadek’s market engagement and business development processes, ensuring a structured and consistent approach to client interaction. She oversees CRM management, opportunity tracking and performance reporting, providing clear visibility of client requirements and potential projects across the company’s engineering divisions.
